Why me:
I’m not a graduate sports teacher, but I did learn on my own body how to perform the exercises and intentionally make mistakes in order to see how the muscle works in every angle while performing the exercises.
After many years, my knowledge has improved, and will continue to improve as long as my body is ready to train intensively, in order to convey to you the ideal answers to each of your questions.
My goal is to transfer the knowledge to my clients and shorten the time it takes for their progress. It is also up to me to create the discipline that wičl be useful while training an later in life.
My clients:
Knowing my own body allows me to convey that to my clients, whatever their desires are. How to build muscles, lose weight or maintain that perfect body line.
Personal motto: It is better to be a warrior in the garden than a gardener in war.
